Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Children’s pouffes
  • Children’s step stools

Returns & Exchanges Process

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
